The Wichita Theatre Production Team

Dwayne and Lisa Jackson (dwayne@wichitatheatre.com) have been operating the theatre on behalf of their family for over 11 years. Having been all around the productions from the technical aspects to producing shows, Dwayne decided to take on the challenge of directing "Disney's Beauty and the Beast". With Lisa right by his side, along with her tremendous energy and vision, this duo set out to bring to one of the largest budgeted shows ever to the stage in Wichita Falls. They knew that to pull off a show of this magnitude it was important to surround themselves with the best consultants this town had to offer. Thus, the Wichita Theatre Production Team was born. All of the Jackson's children...Chris, Aaron and Amanda are involved in the theatre. Dwayne and Lisa directed the 2008 Christmas show "Two From Galilee", 2008's "Peter Pan" and 2009's "Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Jr".

Lynn Marshall (lynn@wichitatheatre.com) has been involved with regional theatres as an actor, singer, musician, director and producer for over 30 years...from the Chicago Theatre to the Wichita Theatre. His on-air broadcasting credits in Texoma include 12 years as anchor, reporter and News Director for KFDX-TV3...and 7 years as the morning show host at KNIN radio. He owns Marshall Arts, a marketing consultant firm, and is the voice on commercials all over the country. As a voting member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (the Emmys®), Lynn has won numerous national awards in journalism, theatre and advertising throughout his career. He has been a volunteer and board member for countless organizations in Texoma. Lynn joined the Wichita Theatre Production Team as Producer and Marketing Consultant in February 2006 with "Disney's Beauty and the Beast" (in which he also played the role of Crazy Old Maurice). He has since directed our hit shows "West Side Story", "Nunsense", "The Sound of Music", "South Pacific", "Guys and Dolls", “Forever Plaid”, "A Christmas Carol”...and last summer's "Grease"...the most successful local production in the theatre's 102 year history.
